  •          WATER: Drink, Dink and Drink. Yes…. Drink lots of water at least 8 liter per day. Our own Earth occupied 71% of water and our own body occupied up to 60% of water. So see the importance of proper hydration how much water we required for our body.
  •          Exercise: Exercise is most important for the healthy body and healthy body always have a healthy skin. At least do exercise for 20 to 30 min per day. Either you did EXERCISE or do YOGA where you feel good, relax and healthy.

  •          USE OF KACHOOR (Zedoary)

METHOD:    
 Take 2 table spoon of raw milk +1 table spoon of yogurt+ 3 pinch of Kachoor powder (Zedoary)+1 table spoon Jau powder (Barley Flour). Paste must be semi thick so that you can easily apply on your skin. Wait for 15 min. then wash with water.
  •       Use of Raw milk

Daily or in alternate days do cleaning at night with goat raw milk or with raw cow milk.via gentle massage on your face.
  •         Long Sujuds

While praying Namaz long sujudes help you to get glow in your face its medically proved. Because it helps to improve blood circulation towards your face.
  •         Egg White Mask:

Weekly apply Egg white on your face. Blend egg white until it fluff. Then apply it on face. Let it dry and wash with simple water.
  •          Use Face pack

Most famous and effective face pack used by almost all grandmothers
Use of 2 table spoon besan (Gram flour) + half tea spoon of turmeric + 1 table spoon of rice powder+ 1 teas spoon of honey+ 1 tea spoon of rose water+ 1 table spoon of raw milk. Mix all ingredients, make a paste and apply on your skin smoothly. Let it dry and wait for 15 to 20 min. Then rinse it with simple water.
  •          Use simple yogurt and honey mixture on twice weekly.
  •          Mashed potato with his water. Apply this past on your face let it dry for 15 min then wash it.
  • No more face wash:

Use mixture of half cup Rice flour+ half cup gram flour+ half tea spoon of turmeric as a face wash. Whenever you have to wash your face, wash it with this powder.
  • Use of apple cider vinegar + Multani matti and apply this mixture for 15 min let it dry and wash with water.

Note: This remedy is good for oily skin people. And use twice weekly.
  •          Use Vitamin E capsule: pierce the Vitamin-E capsule. And apply this oil on your face and gently massage with finger tips. It must be done at night and rest this oil on your face for whole night.
